Service Agreement Policy & Disclaimer Terms & Conditions

This policy contains information about my services and business policies. It is very important that you understand the conditions to which you are agreeing. When you submit and online payment, booking or attend a session in person, over the phone or by video, you are agreeing with this policy, and as such, it will also represent an agreement between us. When participating in a psychic reading, mediumship reading, energy healing session, animal healing session, psychic development, space clearing or any service from Melissa Frisby you agree that you have read and understand the details of this disclaimer, agree to this disclaimer, and release Melissa Frisby of any and all liability/responsibility for any actions or in-actions. You agree to take full responsibility and to bear all liability for your interactions with Melissa Frisby and the results thereof, including but not limited to any disputes and any mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, technical, technological, relationship, health-related, career, investment, financial, business, equitable ,legal, or any other harm you may suffer in connection with Melissa Frisby or any advice she has given. You are agreeing to the details of this disclaimer, for today’s services, or any future or past services provided by Melissa Frisby. If you invite Melissa Frisby into your home or space or any other premises or property, you release Melissa Frisby from any and all liability/responsibility for any actions or inactions, and or damages.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. Melissa Frisby is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any psychic, intuitive, or any other kind of advice provided.

Energy healing, mediumship, psychic readings, space clearing, psychic development sessions, and all other services that Melissa Frisby provides are all helpful resources for many concerns. They are not substitutes for medical diagnosis, or any other medical interventions or medical advice. Proper medical exams and diagnostic evaluations by your physician or other mental health professionals are an important aspect for healing and wellness. It is important that you understand that Melissa makes every effort to offer accurate intuitive information, but there are times when information may be misinterpreted. Since references to the future and outcomes are based on potentials, possibilities, and probabilities at the time of the reading based on your actions and other people's actions or inactions and due to interpretation as to what was said at the time of the reading, you understand that there is no guarantee on the accuracy rate of a reading, session, or consultation and it is not fortune-telling. You alone are responsible for making decisions in your life, and for your healing.

All psychic and mediumship readings and other services are intended to offer an insight into a person’s personal life and meant for entertainment purposes only. These readings or sessions do not in any way, constitute legal, financial, health or professional advice. By engaging in a reading, you understand that Melissa Frisby does not diagnose illnesses, including questions pertaining to pregnancy and death. She will not be liable for the death or personal injury resulting from negligence on her behalf, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. You understand that the use of these services are merely for referencing and entertainment purposes and is not intended to be regarded as professional judgment or advice.

You understand that Melissa Frisby does not guarantee you will be satisfied with your reading or service and does not remove your personal responsibility in choosing and hiring her. Consequently you, on behalf of yourself and your family, friends, employees, attorneys, covenant not to sue Melissa Frisby or her attorneys, and hereby irrevocably release, discharge, acquit, remise, and waive all claims against Melissa Frisby from any and all liabilities, suits, claims, demands, actions, debts, bonds, accounts, damages (including but not limited to any incidental, direct, consequential, special, and punitive damages) expenses, losses, fees, costs (including but not limited to litigation costs and attorneys’ fees) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, accrued and unaccrued, disclosed and undisclosed, present, past, or future, legal, equitable or other, arising out of or in any way connected with Melissa Frisby or any advice with regard to any such disputes.

Rescheduling Policy
Once a payment is made for booking a session, fees are 100% non-refundable, but session fees can be applied to an appointment at a later date if you need to reschedule. To reschedule, you must do so prior to 24 hours before your session or your payment will be forfeited. To reschedule your appointment, phone or text Melissa at (250)-939-8305, or submit a reschedule request through the online booking portal. If your session is not cancelled within the 24 hours before the scheduled start of your appointment, no refunds are available.
